Caliente Gym - Terms of Use

Membership

All members must register and maintain an active membership account. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to join Caliente Gym. Members under the age of 18 must provide parental or guardian consent.

​

Health & Safety

Before starting any exercise program, you should consult with a physician. You agree to use the gym equipment correctly and safely. If you are unsure how to use any equipment, please seek assistance from our staff.

​

Personal Belongings

Caliente Gym is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

​

Proper Attire 

Please wear appropriate workout attire and shoes. No open-toed shoes, sandals, or barefoot training allowed, unless for specific classes where it is recommended.

​

Conduct

Respectful and courteous behavior is expected at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of membership.

 

Facility Care

Please re-rack weights and wipe down equipment after use. Any deliberate damage to gym property may result in fines or termination of membership.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel any classes or personal training sessions, you must do so as per the conditions stipulated in your booking confirmation email, or you may be charged.

Limitation of Liability

Caliente Gym will not be liable for any injuries sustained while using the gym’s facilities or participating in programs. Members and guests use the facility at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. It is the member's responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest terms of use.

Termination

Caliente Gym reserves the right to terminate any membership for breaches of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary at our sole discretion.

Data Protection & Privacy

By becoming a member, you agree that Caliente Gym can store and use your personal data for administrative and marketing purposes. We will always comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore.

Feedback & Complaints

If you have any feedback or complaints, please address them to our management team. We strive to provide an excellent experience for all members and value your input.

Waiver

No delay or omission by Caliente Gym in exercising any right under these terms will operate as a waiver of that or any other right.

​

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Both you and Caliente Gym agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
